We build the systems commercial buildings run on for materials, access, and power, and we install the hardware behind them ourselves.
Artemis develops sustainable technology for organisations that run physical operations: commercial buildings, tenanted properties, and the teams that keep them working. We bring software, artificial intelligence, IoT, cloud, and embedded systems together because our clients' problems don't stay in one of those boxes, so our solutions can't either.
We do two things. We build and run our own platforms, including Elise, Iris, and Astra, and we build custom solutions for organisations whose problem doesn't have a product yet.
What ties the work together is how we see an operation: as a set of things moving around that nobody is measuring. Materials leave a storeroom without a record. Contractors arrive without a verified permit. Tenants draw power that gets estimated rather than measured.
Each of those costs money, adds risk, or both. Our job is to turn them into clear data an owner can act on.
Who we work with today
Big or small, we usually find the same things: paper forms, approvals buried in group chats, and spreadsheets that stopped matching reality months ago.
Artemis didn't begin as a business plan. It began with the founding team entering hackathons in the Philippines and abroad, building working systems on a deadline and putting them in front of judges who owed us nothing. That work was recognised at national, ASEAN, Asia-Pacific, and global level, alongside teams tackling the same problems.
ARTEMIS.esg is where it all came together. It was a cloud platform that paired edge-connected environmental trackers with machine learning to watch a live operation, spot where it was falling short, and explain why in plain language. We tested it in a working plant, where it found those gaps with 97.5% accuracy, and it won 1st Place at the 2023 Annual Research Awards. The metering, device setup, and AI insights we ship today all grew out of it, which is why the company carries its name.
We didn't start with a product and go looking for buyers. We started with problems already in front of us, built systems that solved them, and formed a company once it was clear the work was worth continuing.
The founding team joins hackathon competitions locally and internationally, shipping working systems recognised from national through global level — including ARTEMIS.esg.

Technology helps sustainability when going digital cuts waste, when better data on resources leads to better decisions, and when a building stops running on guesswork. That's most of what we do.
Sustainability isn't only environmental. It's building systems that are thoughtful, efficient, resilient, and built to last.
To create sustainable technology that addresses meaningful challenges, helps organisations operate more effectively, and creates lasting value for people and the environment.
To build a future where technology connects people, organisations, and resources into a more sustainable and connected world.
Artemis operates under A.S.T. Information Technology Solutions. We're young engineers who care about technology that actually gets used, and we work across software, AI, IoT, cloud, and hardware to make that happen.
We're a Filipino company, and we build for Filipino operations first. We know the realities here: small technical teams, imported hardware, and power rates and regulations set locally. Those are much easier to design for when you live with them than from a regional office abroad. We'd rather spend a few days at your site or office than guess from an email thread.
Good technology starts with understanding how an organisation really works, which isn't always what its manuals say. We survey the operation, find where effort and resources are being lost, and only then decide what to build.
Sometimes the answer is one of our platforms. Sometimes it's a custom system. And sometimes it's a change to a process with no software at all. If that's the case, we'll tell you.
We don't count a project as done when we hand it over. We count it a success when you're still relying on it twelve months later because it made a real, measurable difference.
Our goal is technology that is practical, intuitive, sustainable, and purposeful.
How we build
We don't subcontract the hardware, and we don't install someone else's dashboard. We build both halves ourselves, so the pieces fit together from day one and there's one team to call when something needs fixing.
Our clients are under NDA, so instead we point to the hackathons and research awards where this team's work was judged on its merits, before Artemis was a company.

We're optimistic about the years ahead. The tools to run buildings, businesses, and whole cities with far less waste already exist: sensors are cheaper than ever, software is smarter, and AI can now explain what it sees in plain language. What's often missing is people close enough to the problem to put those tools to work. That's where we want to be.
We picture a Philippines where sustainability is part of how every place runs, day to day, rather than a report written once a year. Where the engineers building that future grew up here, understand the realities here, and carry what they learn to the rest of the region.
We're connecting communities toward a sustainable future, and we'd love for you to be part of it.
