Questions we get asked
What happens when the 90 days end?
We show you what your team actually did with it and quote for the next twelve months. There is no automatic charge and no notice period. If you do nothing, nothing happens. Choose to continue and your data, users and settings stay exactly as they are.
What does it cost after the trial?
Pricing depends on how many sites and users you run, and whether you want us to keep the stock data reconciled for you. We quote after we have seen the operation, so the number is based on your usage rather than a tier you have to grow into. Ask us for a range up front and we will give you one.
Our inventory lives in spreadsheets. Is that a problem?
That is the usual starting point. Send whatever you have, whether it's a spreadsheet, a printout, or an export from an old system, and we'll clean it up and load it. You do not do the data entry.
Who owns the data?
You do. We hold it to run the service, we do not sell it or train anything on it, and you can ask for a full export at any point, including after you leave.
How secure is it?
Elise runs on cloud infrastructure Artemis operates directly, with encrypted transport and storage, role-based access, and an audit log on every record. Access is scoped so a requester sees their requests and an approver sees their queue.
Does it work on site where the signal is poor?
Yes. We built Elise for weak signal and older phones, because that's what many of our clients' sites actually have. Screens stay light, and the app recovers cleanly when a connection drops.
Can it connect to the other systems we run?
Usually. Elise sits on the same Artemis platform as our access and energy systems, and we build integrations into finance and maintenance tools where a client needs one. Tell us what you run and we will tell you honestly whether it is straightforward.
